Reports: Trump Left Off Some Florida Ballots; “Dozens of Complaints”
The Gateway Pundit ^ | 3/15/2016 | Kristinn Taylor

Leading Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s name was left off Florida primary ballots according to reports relayed by Fox News’ Jennifer Eckhart on Twitter who said the local Fox affiliate has received “dozens of complaints.”

Eckhart wrote the irregularities are in “Jupiter County” which does not exist. She probably meant the town of Jupiter or Palm Beach County where Jupiter is located. Palm Beach County is where Trump’s Florida base Mar-a-Lago is located.

Trump complained that victory was stolen from him in Iowa. Then he complained that the machines in Texas were programmed to steal votes from him. He complained that the machines in Ohio were rigged against him. Now he’s claiming that some Florida ballots just left him off. Any time he thinks he is going to lose, he tries to delegitimize the election. That is shameful. It’s also what Third World dictatorships do. It’s reflective of The Don’s character and temperament, and not in a good way.

You don't know any of that which to me sounds pretty shameful that you would put that out there like that. Just sayin.

Mary ‘s voter ID card had her down as Non partisan. They told her she couldn’t vote.

Finally , she got permission from the county to do a provisional ballot and she had to jump through hoops. Poll worker said there were MANY MANY of them the same way.

I just voted in Palm Beach county, and the lady behind me got turned away for being registered as independent. She was told there was nothing that could be done to switch for today's primary... I heard the whole conversation clearly.

If that’s the case, there should be no republican names on the ballot.

Would have been less of a problem if they had been given Democrat ballots. They could have just circled the picture of the jackass and called it a day...

I'm an old southern boy and I remember back in the 50's that they would tell the illiterate negros (that is what they were called back then by MOST of us) that they should just look for the donkey and vote across the line for them. That is a fact.

Uncertain if ‘Independents’ even have a primary not to mention their own ballots. In Texas we’ve open elections and it is not necessary to register a certain party.

Perhaps in Florida, one must register with the party they support. All known about Florida is what might have been learned and retained during the fiasco Bush/Gore.
IN TEXAS:
Stand in line at same exact poll and merge left for D; merge right for R. Two different areas in which all parties are able to participate Independents are not recognized as such on voter registration and like all other (R/D) Can vote in all primaries but must make a choice of ONE (1) vote whatever party is chosen.

Perhaps a FRiend living in Florida and knows the rules and current situation will give US an answer to the questions which will come forward.

GO TRUMP!!!

My daughter lives in Florida and knew she couldn’t vote today because she’s registered as independent.

However, if the poll workers type up the lists wrong, then that is a way to cheat the vote. I’m not sure in a primary how they would know whose name to leave off.

My guess would be a numbers game, that they would simply cut so many names in counties that do poll well for Trump.

A provisional ballot is the answer, but then you have to prove your history. That would be a pain.

"Dozen's" of complaints? Really?
Yes! Dozens of third-hand accounts.

In non-existent Jupiter County.

Where's my fainting couch?

It’s a closed primary, there are probably a lot of low-info first-time Trump voters that are getting surprised by this. The early high poll numbers for Trump are based on “likely voters,” not “likely Republican voters.”

The last two polls show Rubio 9 behind and 6 behind. In Florida there is always the question of whether Hispanics are being well-sampled, and unlike the rest of the nation, Hispanics in Florida are heavily Republican (they are true freedom-lovers).

Add in the fact that in most cases Trump’s actual numbers run a bit below his polling, and there is an outside possibility for a big surprise,

I wouldn’t jump to conclusions. Gateway Pundit is not a bastion of credibility right now.

There are some states, where any independent with enough signatures can get on the ballot, but of course, the “Independents” are too dumb and uncommitted to actually organize a real party, so it’s just a “beauty contest” to see who’s the biggest midget.
