Hi, Please let me know if this is true. It is my understanding that Ohio is considered a “Closed/Mixed” Primary state. That means all registered Republicans AND Independents may vote on a Republican ballot. Registered Democrats must vote on a Democrat ballot. Is that true??

That is true.
You have to be undeclared and you get to choose either Republican or Demcocrat. Otherwise, only Republicans vote Republican and vice versa.
