That is false. Rubio suspended his campaign. His delegates stay with him unless there is a 2nd ballot at the convention.

Rubio’s candidates are not unbound until he officially withdraws from the race. That’s why he (and Bush, and Carson) have “suspended” their campaigns.

They will hold onto their delegates that way.

I gave up trying to understand the way the delegates are given out in individual states at the start of the primary

I’m an old lady and I’m not into blowing my own mind

and I have a degree in this stuff
