No the CNN story is separate and an incident in western Alaska where a native on a snow machine ran into the dogs, maybe deliberately according to the story. I didn’t see he was charged for it, but an earlier story had him intoxicated.
Of course, given the media I’m sure they will try to associate this story with Todd’s in some way.
