Marco Rubio has won the Republican caucuses in Washington D.C., according to the Associated Press.

With 100 percent of the precincts reporting, Rubio garnered 37 percent of the vote, John Kasich got 36 percent, Donald Trump 14 percent and Ted Cruz 12 percent.

There was no declared winner in the Guam Republican caucus, according to the party’s executive director. No presidential preference vote took place.

Of its nine delegates, six were directly elected today and will caucus in the next several weeks to determine who they support. The remaining three delegates are Republican National Committee members.

Wyoming held county conventions but no winner will be declared there until April.

If Cruz is GOPe he would have won DC, Cruz came in last.
Rubio and Kasich essentially tied for first in DC

Cruz is a lying greasy lawyer. “Truth” is what ever you need it to be in order to serve your self interests.

Why doesn’t Wyoming declare the winner until April?

I misspoke on both counts.

Cruz now nine: Iowa, Alaska, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Idaho, Maine, Wyoming, and Guam.

Trump has fifteen: New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Virginia, Michigan, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, Arkansas, Hawaii, and Nevada

The pundits like to remind us that no Republican Presidential candidate has won the election without carrying Ohio.

They never point out that (since DC got electoral votes by virtue of the 23rd amendment) no Democrat has won the Presidential election without carrying the District of Columbia.

That said, if Rubio were to be the Republican nominee (a very unlikely scenario), I don't think he will carry DC in November.

I think only 12 of the Wyoming delegates were allocated...14 remain to be chosen in April.

How much are you paid each time you repeat that lie?
