You might want to read up on how the Wyoming Republican party selects delegates.

How Wyoming Republicans choose delegates

Ted Cruz picked up 12 delegates today. It was also done through Republican county conventions - not through a precinct caucus (which has already happened previously).

There's a reason that none of the candidates visited there.

The same thing will happen in Colorado on April 9th (assuming Ted Cruz is even in the race at that point). Nobody cares. The candidates don't care. The media doesn't care. The US citizens don't care. That's why a presidential primary in those states at an earlier date would make much more sense for the future.
