Republicans blame Trump for climate of violence

Republicans blamed Donald Trump for violence and escalating tension at his campaign events, driving rivals Marco Rubio and John Kasich to say they were no longer sure they could support the GOP front-runner should he become the nominee.

“We settle our differences in this country at the ballot box, not with guns or bayonets or violence,” Rubio said Saturday after a night of chaos around a Trump event in Chicago.

“You wonder if we’re headed in a different direction today where we’re no longer capable of having differences of opinion but in fact now protests become a license to take up violence and take on your opponents physically,” he said. “This is what happens when a leading presidential candidate goes around feeding into a narrative of bitterness and anger and frustration.”

Asked if he stands by his pledge to support Trump if he's the party's nominee, he said: “I don’t know."

“I already talked about the fact that I think Hillary Clinton would be terrible for this country, but the fact that you’re even asking me that question … I still at this moment intend to support the Republican nominee, but … it's getting harder every day.”

John Kasich wavered too. “It makes it extremely difficult," he told reporters in Ohio.

Sickening cowardice, and echoing leftist talking points. I hope they all get their asses handed to them by Trump at the polls.

Thumbs Up!

90% of us know Cruz blamed Trump, the Press knows Cruz blamed Trump, but some Cruz supporters on FR still deny it.

---

< I had 2 or 3 Cruz supporters blame Trump in an echo of Cruz's backstab.

They are in serious denial.

Their hatred for Trump blinds them.

So, they are really dupes of Soros. He pays for a riot. His useful idiots from Butch Megyn to Thrill Leg dutifully blame Trump, then the 3 GOPe stooges sing anti- Trump like a demonic choir. We have 25 years of unlearning to do.

Agreed. What galls me is they would never go after Hillary or Obama the way they are going after Trump and his supporters.

Republicans should not blame any other Republican for the unlawful acts of protesters who represent Democrat candidates.

Just another example f why the GOP is always trailing behind the democrats. No gumption.

So typical of Republicans. The Left creates a narrative, and right on cue, Republicans respond like Pavlov's dog and attack their own.

- There has been no violence at Trump's rallies, only disrupters who infiltrate his events to create a situation that later gets blamed on Trump
- Trump never called for violence, only encouraging his supporters that they have the right to defend themselves
- None of Trump's supporters have disrupted other candidate's speeches

Republicans fall for these narratives every single time and is part of the reason why they're loathed by their base.

The three amigos who blamed Trump for a Soros-backed attack are about to get their collectivist asses handed to them.
Cruz- Canadian putz
Rubio- Cuban toddler
Kasich- Lehman Brothers loser

Trump once again has proven to be the only alpha male in the race.

Trump is not to blame for the actions of the leftist organized mob in Chicago, but he does bear some responsibility for encouraging violent actions from his supporters (going beyond self-defense) such as that from the supporter at the North Carolina rally.

Donald Trump Says He Doesn't Condone Violence. Footage Says Otherwise.

Sounds way too coordinated doesn't it?

Kind of like Benghazi

Step 1
Organize large scale violence at a Trump Rally
(The hired anarchists sent to Chicago started organizing as early as 4 march, when were the GOP candidate meetings with Jeb and the 54 corporate jet private island meeting to stop Trump? I wonder how far they were willing to go if Trump had gone ahead with the Chicago rally? Killing Trump? Killing cops and other people?)

Step 2
Blame the candidate for creating violence (blame the video)

Step 3
Spread the meme over an entire weekend to all the news outlets and all candidates that Trump is to blame for the violent reaction to his speeches (Blame the video maker)

Step 4
Force candidate Trump to curtail public rallies or make them so dangerous they become unpredictable and undesirable

Step 5
Deny media coverage to candidate since there are no rallies to cover

Step 6
Declare with unanimity that the candidate poses a threat to the domestic and even international security of the United States, giving the GOP political cover for decision to bar Trump from the nomination as a “violent extremist” or trigger for such extremism

Step 7
Have other candidates step in to reassure America that they can soothe the violence and protect them

Step 8
Call off the attack mobs by announcing a new spirit of “reconciliation” - brokered by Grandma Hillary and Jeb/Mitt/Kasich/Cruz/Ryan senior republican “senior statesmen” (selling Bernie Sanders no-longer-needed true believers down the river of denial

Step 9
Pressure municipalities and commercial venues to deny space to an independent Trump to hold rallies

Step 10
Pressure states to deny Trump access to ballots as an independent (various possible maneuvers state by state)

Step 11
Launch massive media campaign showing America as now peaceful and united so people feel good about voting in a rigged system as long as life is good and safe

Blaming Donald Trump is insane.

Over here in the UK we have an organised, left wing, thug group called the Anti-Fascist League. They turn up at any public protest again mass immigration or islam. They provoke and start violence everywhere they appear. These masked thugs are determined to shut down free speech and legitimate public protest.

Now that the media frenzie and the GOP have failed to stop Trump you should be expecting more direct violence as they get incresingly desperate.

Un-****-ing believable. It almost makes me wish that I was a Republican, so I could burn my voter registration card.

All this kind of thing does is stiffen support FOR Trump.
