The Environmental Protection Agency is spending nearly $300,000 to develop technology that will track the energy and water use of office buildings, with a colored light bulb system that will send "visual messages" to employees when they are using too much.

Next time I have chili for lunch and it didn’t sit well, I won’t flush to save water.
If they would get rid of those one gallon toilets, it might save water in the long run.

Disband this bunch of self-righteous busy-bodies. Clearly, they’ve solved all the real problems if they’re down to this crap. (or maybe those problems just don’t interest them)
I remember a joke e-mail making the rounds of the office close to 20 years ago, about taking too much time on bathroom breaks. An alarm would sound, the toilet paper would retract into the wall and the stall door would automatically fly open, if you were in there too long. Quite a few people took it seriously, and were outraged.
They’ll find that their study is sexist and racist, and drop it, imho.
We need a new agency. Let’s call it TPA: The Treasury Protection Agency.
Or something.
