So my question is: Why did she proceed with filing a complaint naming Lewandowski as the perpetrator, when we all (including Michelle Fields) know she’s wrong about him being the one who grabbed her?

Because she was challenged to press charges, since the last 2 or 3 of her false accusations against people were never taken to police. When this was pointed out, she wanted to save face, so she's going all in. For all we know she didn't even file charges or will drop them quietly later.
