Zero has unlimited power to pardon her

I don't believe there is such a thing as a presidential pardon on an indictment. She would have to be indicted and prosecuted to then be pardoned. I don't think all that will happen in the next 10 months.

Hillary is probably sweating jail time as Bush would’ve pardoned her. Now as Santana sang, “I ain’t got nobody that I can depend on” in the remaining pubbie candidates.

Ford pardoned Nixon before any indictment, prosecution and/or conviction.
