Odd how the “smart” Cruz supporters think they can win a National Election with a fraction of the Republican base and no cross overs or independents.
As someone who has been doing back room politics for 25 years, I think Trump voters ARE low information. But that isn’t necessarly a bad thing, being naive doesn’t mean you are stupid. Trump supporters are being manipulated by a number of memes - the idea hat Cruz is the biggest liar/cheater EVER is one. Not that here aren’t plenty of issues to attack Cruz on, and the meme that Trump=Hitler is just as bad.
Both Trump and Cruz have flaws, I wish we could melt tem together.

They have given Obama free reign and aren’t worth crap. Electing anyone in the current system will continue the same pathetic path this country has taken.

Ted Cruz’ asinine statement today made my mind up. The Tea Party which got him elected was also trashed by all the political elite, including republicans and now Ted Cruz.

What Trump does personally is irrelevant. A lot of liberal hypocrites arm themselves while calling for gun control.

Trump was talking about demographics and saying that they were all wonderful.
Cruz is saying that 1/3rd of his own base are low-info. That’s insulting.

You might want to check Trump’s website where he has a very good position paper regarding his position on the 2nd amendment. If you are going to slander Trump, at least have some credibility. You people just make things up out of whole cloth; keep it up and nobody is ever going to listen to you, even if you have something worthwhile to say.

Calm your jets dude. I may not “get” the trump supporters but I do respect intelligent discourse. I can’t say I’ve seen that from you. There are many others that have well reasoned arguments for whom I agree to disagree. You, on the other hand... Attack, attack attack.
