There are lots of political machinations going on with the GOP presidential primary. Word is that former Florida Governor and presidential candidate Jeb Bush will be meeting with remaining candidates Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, and John Kasich. We know Neil Bush is a Cruz campaign finance committeeman. And after what can only be referred to as poor performances this past Tuesday, I surmise there are growing behind-the-scenes calls for Rubio and Kasich to exit. Man, there are probably some serious Godfather-type discussions going on.
Heres whats at risk. If Florida Senator Marco Rubio and Ohio Governor John Kasich remain in this contest and end up losing next week Tuesday in their respective states very probable to Donald Trump, he walks away in those winner take-all-primaries. What that means is Trump gains an even bigger delegate lead which will be even more monumental to overcome.
Now, Rubio and Kasich will respond to the calls to drop out by saying, we got this but thats a gamble some arent willing to take. What I find very interesting is as we recently shared the real losers in this whole episode are the GOP elites and their special interest crony capitalists who benefit from fiascos like the Export-Import Bank and bailouts. The GOP elite have truly found themselves in the predicament of being between the devil and the deep blue sea and it appears theyre going to choose the deep blue sea.

They could try that but gee I just wonder how the RABID Cruz supporters would feel about that!!! No more proof needed he is establishment!!!!
If this goes to a ‘brokered’ Convention is will be ....
ROMNEY AND JEB
WAIT AND SEE????
Like Allen, but nope, neither.
Like finding the best deck during the iceberg. All ready happened.
Go Trump!
So far, there is no danger of Cruz overtaking Trump.
The GOPe -ticket- Obama/Bush
Kasich is staying in to try and take Ohio as a bargaining chip for a contested convention.
I didn’t remember that GHWB was a candidate... I was a bit young then. Was he the most recent? Were there others?
I don’t really know where Rubio goes from here. He may be burnt. I suppose he runs for senate again, but if that fails he really is burnt. His brief fling with Schumer finished him, he just didn’t know it at the time.
I believe Kasich is running for VP. I don’t think he is a likely pick for Trump, though I don’t think Trump dislikes him. He just doesn’t add much to the ticket.
Carson might be a good pick for Trump, it would stir things up. He softens Trump’s edges, and he is a good man in his own right.
I could see Trump picking Cruz, actually. I don’t think Trump holds a grudge as long as he is clearly in the driver’s seat and his opponent has tipped his hat. Despite the electioneering noise I don’t think there is that much bad blood between them, not as much as with Rubio, for instance.
If Cruz came out on top, a long shot at this point. Carly wouldn’t be a bad pick for VP (Trump would never accept it, no point asking him). She is good on the stump. And she mixes things up, like Carson for Trump. She isn’t actually as conservative as he is, but she knows how to sell it.
JFK and Lyndon Johnson? I think so.
I’m just working from memory... and that one is pretty faded!
She will not be the Democrat's presidential nominee.
"The Obama administration has been coy about whether or not a grand jury had been impaneled in the Clinton case. U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch side-stepped the issue in a Feb. 29 Fox News interview, saying, we dont comment on specifics.DiGenova said he expected an FBI recommendation on at least one of its investigations to be sent to the Justice Department within the next 60 days."

It makes no difference. Hillary Clinton wi be the first woman president. Most women with not vote for a man when a woman is running.
Judge Napolitano on Fox Biz today was thinking similar. That this is more than just an exercise in FBI investigation.
“A failed businesswoman who cant carry her home state. Thats a great idea”
I got laid off from HP about the time she was driving the company into the ground and taking her HUGE golden parachute. So no, I’m not a big fan. But, having had one important job and being really really really bad at is seems to be working for Hillary...
What racist/sexist comments? Sure, the establishment gang keeps telling the low-information folks that he says these things, but there are ZERO recordings of him doing so. Unless of course you think having a border again is racist and saying that Hillary is dishonest counts as sexist.
Poor West barely mentions Trump as he hypothesizes a Cruz/Fiorina ticket just because the Bush’s got involved with Cruz.
West is ignoring a T-Rex in the room.
Trump Rex, that is, who is leading.
If Cruz loses Florida and Ohio on Tuesday he has no pathway to victory, and Trump’s pathway remains.
Awesome ticket and awesome #45 and VP.
Right now he looks like the third place finisher in both.
Did you say T-Rex because “stubby hands”?
That’s rude....
Tsk tsk
