Cruz seems to do a better job winning people over than Rubio. Just sayin’.

“I look at a person’s heart,”

...isn’t that what Jeb was doing with illegals?

If you’re a RINO wuss selling the country into a collectivist islamic state, why should you be ‘worked with’?

Cruz can’t work with others. He insults them.

Coming from Coburn, this constitutes the best recommendation a principled conservative could receive for refusing to “work with” the Republicans who, consistently, have handed Obama tyrannical legislative victories over “We, the People”!

Cruz Not 'Effective' Working with Others

That's a positive attribute for a republican president today considering the gang of crooks, clowns and pandering idiots in the congress and senate. The same people who have run the country into the ground in the last 70 years.

The author probably considers people like John McCain and Lindsey Graham 'Effective' Working with Others and look at the damage they have done.

We don't need another wimpish, spineless compromiser, we need a strong willed believer in the US Constitution.

I don’t doubt that Rubio is an easier guy to do business with than Cruz. I do think that Washington is due a disruption, and to that end it is better to do so in a purposeful way than to end up with revolution in the streets. It is a mistake for DC to look down their collective noses at Donald Trump.

Rubio facing off against Clinton would be too much like Lazio facing off against Clinton.

The results would likely be similar.

Let’s make sure as many people as possible can’t stand the 2 most likely republican nominees.

There are much better ways to build up your candidate and point out differences with the other candidates that aren’t going to hurt for November. For instance: “Rubio is more effective than Cruz at working with others”. Let Hillary be the one to talk about how Cruz is “not effective”.

I’m pretty sure the RNC has already decided they want Hillary and a D senate.

Coburn bashed Newt Gingrich in 2012 on Fox saying he can’t finish what he starts. He just revealed himself as loving the front man for amnesty for illegals. (Rubio)

The fact that inside the beltway is mystified by all of the populism tells me that they really do not understand what they are dealing with. Numerous members have expressed that sentiment along with a fair amount of contempt for the people who do not feel as they do. I suppose that works inside the beltway, goodness knows we have been treated to quite a lot of theater along those lines. Coburn is a member of that society/group/culture(?), so while I’m sure we all appreciate his take on all of this, it fails to address the relevant issue of what the country needs.

We are facing profound changes in the coming decades, having “representative” government that is mystified and out of touch can’t be allowed to continue.
