Most of the time, he totally ignores the question and does a sidebar on something totally unconnected.

and i bet you would say Rubio memorizes and speeds thru all answers... as long as it’s not TV Star, he’s GR8!

Cruz is thoughtful and is also not trying to tick off the TV Star and keep this civil.
