The U. S. is the only nation to have used “the bomb”.
We have to be very careful about using it again. It has to be a last resort.
If North Korea sends something our way, we may have to knock it down and go in for the kill, but I’d advise conventional weapons.
With other nations states, very dangerous ones coming on board now, we do not want to seemingly give them a green light to use them, because it has (seemingly) become acceptable to us them. And if we use them for what we think is a good reason, you can bet they’ll use them at the drop of a piece of dust and call it a good reason.
It sucks, but that’s were we are IMO.
