I’m shaking my head here. What kind of retard Kool-Aid are they feeding Rush? The idea that Rubio and Kasich are staying in out of some hatred for Ted Cruz is quite possibly the most ludicrous theory of this election cycle since the notion that Jeb Bush was a viable candidate.

Rubio and Kasich are doing whatever they’re told is the best plan to neuter Trump’s advance. The minute the guys in the smokey room say that their best bet is to drop out and get behind Cruz, they will. There are egos involved, so neither of them will do it of their own accord. But when the party bosses tell them to jump, they’ll fulfill their duties like good stooges.
