The suit appears to be basically a vehicle for the Democratic NY State AG to cause trouble for Trump. Kind of like the way some Democrats filed lawsuits against Gov. Palin in Alaska.
I now believe this and all attacks on Perry were Cruz backed attacks to keep him at bay.
