That was a no brainier, Gerg Abbet told Cruz to defend Texas at the Supreme Court and Cruz defended Texas. Duh, Cruz was solicitor general for the state of Texas you know. It was his job to defend Texas and he did and evidently he did his job well. No one denies that Cruz is a very good lawyer.

So..."he didn't build that" is how you are going to roll with Cruz's experience of fighting against the popular opinion of liberals/atheists? Okay

I gave Cruz credit for doing his job well. Greg Abbet make the call to fight the case. One of Cruz major faults is he tried to take all credit where other are equally do if not more so.

Arguing that the Supreme Court should not yield its power over a sovereign USA to the World Court is not a hard argument to make and win before the Supreme Court. Now if he made and won that argument before the World Court I would be very impressed.
