I grew up “poor”, and I know how to take it from seed to harvest to jar to table.
I also know how to kill it, clean it, marinate and grill it.

Give me a pressure cooker and a few spices, I can make the worst cuts of meat taste delicious.

Give me a high quality steak, and I can turn that piece of meat into inedible leather faster than most people could possibly imagine!

We each have niches where we excel, and I have no problem enjoying the skilled expertise of someone who who has better raw materials and/or ideas than those I can come up with myself. I'd like to taste the meatloaf Mr. Trump is known to prefer. I bet I could figure out the secret ingredient of the recipe.
