This was an ambush. He was clearly murdered. On one video you can see either an FBI Agent or an Oregon State Trooper flipping Finnicum off as he's lying in the snow either dead or dying.
They didn't even call for medical help for ten minutes. They wanted to make sure he was dead.
I hope those bastards fry in Hell.

Yeah it looks like flat out murder to me.
The guy had his hands up and they shot and killed him.

Was he unarmed? According to the police Finicum had a Ruger 9mm in his left interior coat pocket.

I don't see much of anything on the small video except there were 2-3 others in the vehicle-one looks young-teenager.
