Would it be Ted Cruz’ Appointment to Department of Justice Coordinator?
Would it be Ted Cruz’ Appointment to the Department of Justice by Bush?
Would it be Ted Cruz’ Appointment Director, Office of Policy Planning?
Would it be Ted Cruz’s appointment to Solicitor General of Texas made by Greg Abbott, originally a Bush appointee to the Texas Supreme Ct?
Goodness! You certainly are making WAY TOO MUCH of Ted Cruz’ undisputed facts that lie in his resume. Who are you to connect those dots?

It’s amazing to see folks on this forum offering cover to recent (and, by some of us, long time known) revelations about CRuz/Bush/Open Borders connections.
A couple of the gems I’ve come across today are:

And, .... CRuz, or any candidate, shouldn’t have to disavow any of the shenanigans Romney/GOPee/Amnesty PACs are pulling against Trump. (Yet, some forget that CRuz called on Trump to disavow the KKK BS....using the tired, old racist card.)
Telling...and entertaining to observe.
But, a word if I may?
The evisceration of any and all candidates has been a long, proud FR tradition.
At least until Jim "makes the call".
But most of us old-timers endeavor not to attack another Freeper, even if we do screw up from time to time.

TX - I’m starting to understand more why people hate politics, don’t vote and don’t care - people like Catsrus and his emotional, unhinged tears scare them off.
I find it truly sad the behavior of people on this site when it comes to Trump v Cruz. We’re all supposed to be conservatives here and the real enemy is out there, but so many are so jacked-up about ‘their guy’ they’d rather go down with the ship then make a sensible choice.
If anyone here wishes to dress down 2nd place Senator Ted Cruz for making a strategic fundraising alliance to essentially knock out Trump ("Mercy sakes alive! Imagine THAT!! Politics!"), then I'd suggest they might have some soul-searching to do in the hypocrisy department.
From the 1970's until about one year ago, one could not find a person more connected with elite Washington, with RINO's and Lib Dem's alike, through donations, through hiring of Beltway bandit GOPe Establishment law firms and K Street kings like Stone and Manafort, through connections with every bit of the "system" as any one else assailed here...than Donald John Trump. Fact is he has RINO centrist and DC praetorian guard types with his campaign in PR, finance and strategy and so much of this is simply kabuki until the general election wherein Trump will (as Dole, McCain and Romney before him) return to the default Establishment position. Cruz has demonstrably thrown in far less than Trump over the last 20 years in terms with incestual money flow connections with the caliginous rooms near the Potomac. Cruz has been considered as somewhat of a "quack" in official DC (that's FR territory!) such has been his anti-establishment words and creds. He's been scourged with a perfect 100% voting record from the American Conservative Union--and he'd be no less than •bashed• right here on FR of all places? What gives!?
Please folks. Get another reality once-over. Your narrative is full of holes and while somewhat romantic but mythical, it just simply does not jive with the reality of Mr. Trump and his longstanding ambidextrous, weathervane-like political proclivities and predilections for many years.
Cruz is a liar and you are so deceived - sucks to be you who blindly follows a corrupt, lying, devious man.

Catsrus, will you DEMAND that Donald Trump has to DENOUNCE or TURN DOWN any money or support that comes from GOPe supporters in order to maintain his "outsider" status?
What if the GOPe decides Trump is the best man to beat Hillary, Catsrus? Will you turn away from Trump when he accepts their help to win the election because that will mean he's no longer an "outsider"?
BTW, Catsrus, let's play another game. Can you name for me the ONLY candidate in this race that has actually FOUGHT and WON against George W Bush (and others) in their push to use foreign laws to free illegal alien rapist/murderers? I'd say "the guy" who did that, truly respects America's sovereignty........

Neither are snakes. They have some different positions on a few issues, but Cruz is the candidate. He will do what he has said he will do.
I am not in favor of hating the Bushes. They are too “moderate” for me, but they are not worthless scum. They are actually pretty honorable people in many ways.
Your argument is not sound. You are a name caller, just like your leader.
The question is whether Cruz has thrown in with the GOPe or not. If he has, they own him. You can try to convince yourself otherwise, but they will own him.
Case in point: Rubio - Senatorial campaign in Florida(no amnesty), Gang of 8 bill, Boehner, McConnell, McCain, etc.
This remains my biggest fear of Cruz -- that he's "establishment enough" to say whatever it takes to get elected, but will pull a 180 when he gets the job like every other GOPe stooge in office.
Hiring Neil Bush is NOT inspiring confidence to the contrary.

The Cruzbota don’t hold back on attacking us - It’s so frustrating that so many are so deceived by slick-talking politician. Haven’t we had enough of this to last us a life time? We’ve beens old out and sold down the river so they can line their own pockets. It’s like we want to shout it from the housetops that they are being deceived, and they refuse to grasp that fact - so, they continue to sell out our country - while thinking they have a candidate who really cares about them. Cruz cares only about himself, money and power. He is bought and paid for - but, they refuse to see it.

It’s the GOPe that “want’s it both ways.” Back Cruz to keep Trump OR Cruz from getting the 1257 delegates required to secure the nomination and force a “brokered” convention. Then they select a candidate the GOP has its hooks in. The GOP has no hooks in Trump but they sure do in Cruz.
It’s as simple as that.
