Here’s what will happen: If Cruz gets the nomination - he will announce Jeb as his VP - it’s payback for the money they are throwing his way. Take that to the bank.

Boy are you naive. They are supporting Cruz BECAUSE HE IS ONE OF THEM - OWNED BY GOLDMAN SACHS and the Establishment.

and if they succeed in taking down Trump, your boy is next.

The GOPe had no other choice but to go with Cruz at this point if they want to derail Trump. Rubio, who was last week’s designated GOPe candidate, has tanked big time. At least Cruz still has a fighting chance. What they will do then, who knows?

Ok, going with that rationale and rationalization... Do you think they're telling Cruz up front that he's being used to dump Trump and at the convention he'll be dumped himself after the RNC Convention Rules Committee changes the rules?

Or do you think they're lying to him and he thinks they'll actually let him be the TrueConservative/Anti-Establishment nominee in Cleveland?

See, that's the thing... Cruz can't have it both ways. He's either:

1. a covert Establishment candidate from Day 1 who has acted as one of the "splitters" in case Jeb couldn't make it.

2. a willing accomplice with the GOPe to dump Trump, and he actually believes the GOPe will let him win, because... well, they promised.

3. a true anti-Establishment candidate who now hates Donald Trump so much that he's willing to throw aside his alleged convictions for immigration control and then align himself with the Bush brother, the Bush campaign organization, the Club for Growth, Goldman-Sachs, and Willard RomneyCare.

A number 4, anyone?

“You must ignore the GOPe tentacles wrapped around Ted’s campaign or you will be denounced.”

Denounced? DENOUNCED?

No!

DAMNED! DAMNED I TELL YOU!!! DAMNED ALL TO HELL LIKE IN PLANET OF THE APES!!!

At least, that is how unbelievers in the Angel Raphael have been treated here in the past. That rug got some dust beaten out of it, however.

Figures. That very noticeable stench emanating from the Cruz campaign is a mix of elephant & Rino dung. And it is getting stronger.

So much for Cruz “the outsider”. Now we know it is all an act.

Oh, ye, of little intelligence. Follow the money - Neil knows how to raise money? He’s a crook - Jeb has the money sitting in his SuperPac and Cruz sold out to get his greedy fingers on it.

I agree, Cruz won’t change his position because of this snake coming in to his campaign because he is a snake too and both have the same goal.

Only a person completely out of touch with the mood in American voters would think it a good idea to bring a Bush into a campaign staff. This really gives me something to think about

So daddy bush is supporting Ted to take down Trump from stealing presidency from baby Jeb. This is all about revenge on Trump and Ted will not owe the bushes or establishment anything? I wanna hear Ted say it!

Although the topic is Neil Bush joining Cruz’s `Financial Team,’ I’m sure you noticed that quickly all of Cruz’s resident `Don Quixotes’ quickly started jousting with: 1. Trump, 2. Trump’s supporters, and 3. The price of tea in China, and other windmills.
The reason they try to change the subject from Cruz allying himself with the Bushes/start flinging poo like zoo chimps is too obvious to require explanation ... except to say,
Go Trump!

Yes. Cruz has been establishment and a Bushy since Bush hired him in 1999. He and his wife were both in the Bush administration. I read an article that quoted her saying that they were the first “Bush” wedding. You can ignore both of their resumes if you like but the real nonsense is believing that Cruz is not an establishment insider and not a Bushy. He has been both for almost 20 years.

Amen. Spot on.

They’re in complete denial about CRuz’s (longtime and, now recent) Bush/GOPee/Open Borders connections.

You cannot pull their heads out of their posteriors. They’re lodged up there, pretty high. #CRuzMindset ;-)

Bush owes TEd for 2000 and then snubbed him.

Ted has been the most underfunded campaign. What may have some people upset is that now Ted’s winning message will have some $$$ behind it.
