It might not be absolutely for the worst. The bible says there is wisdom in a multitude of counselors. If he’s just enlarging his team rather than fundamentally modifying its character, this could be a move for the better after all.

The devil (and angels) are in the details.

Yes, Bush will support Cruz if necessary and so will McConnell and Ryan.
Cruz never really attacked Bush. Cruz worked for W and his wife works for Goldman-Sachs. Cruz is a quiet insider or a tool. Neither is good.
