A mong some people, the new parlor game is choosing who would make the worse President: Ted Cruz or Donald Trump. This is not a lady-or-the-tiger dilemma, but a tiger-or-tiger one. The choice is between a fiercely friendless reactionary and a bombastic, thoroughly dishonest egomaniac. You pick.

No, they can use him to sponge up a few delegates in proportional States and keep Cruz from picking up delegates, and keep him from winning more States, keep him away from the nominating threshold at the convention.
Even out of the running, Rubio is still working for them. They obviously think so, since Romney/GOP-e is doing promo work geared to Rubio's campaign.
No, Mr. Obama was a state legislator for three terms before running for the US Senate. This is Mr. Cruz’s first elective office, so he has slightly more political experience than Abraham Lincoln did in 1860.
Vote Trump - he actually has some “Tiger Orange” about him and freely admits he’s a meat eater - no political nuances about the guy.

History has shown that each party picks a loser, presents them as their candidate and then the voters have to pick which of the two is the least loser. In this years pending election, it will be pretty much the same thing as little has changed except for one thing, Trump seems to be the least loser.
A vote for Cruz, Rubio, or Kasich is a vote for Romney! Vote Trump!
That worked out well for the South...
Reality bites but it is reality until the People get a LOT more involved in the process. Here's hoping enough on our side understand that while a win may not be as good as they would like, another loss would be at least as bad as they can imagine....
