The presentation is an 11th-hour rebuttal to the fatalism permeating the Republican establishment: Slide by slide, state by state, it calculates how Donald Trump could be denied the nomination.
Marco Rubio wins Florida. John Kasich wins Ohio. Ted Cruz notches victories in the Midwest and Mountain West. And the results in California and other states are jumbled enough to leave Trump three dozen delegates short of the 1,237 required forcing a contested convention in Cleveland in July.

” It’s a matter of conscience: there are standards which I hold myself to.”
Yeah, those “standards” that for years have prevented us from getting a decent president. I just always hoped that guys like you were the only one’s who would be forced to live with the political consequences by being some elitist for whom no one is ever good enough. Sadly though, if there are enough of you, we all get saddled with the worst of all worlds. But what the hell, you can go to bed with your “standards” in tact even though they leave the country bleeding. Thanks for nothing! I’d say more. but I want to remain in good standing here.
Heh. The GOP elites see their power base crumbling....I hope Trump and Cruz find a way to work together to overthrow the elites and put the party BACK in the hands of thelovers of liberty.
1) Marco Rubio ain’t gonna win Florida. Either Trump or Cruz will.
It’s interesting that European Union elites, Merkel, Romney, McCain, Beck Mormon elites & Democrat elites are only scared of one guy: Donald Trump.
He’ll splinter everyone of them.
revolution is the solution
-- John Quincy Adams
Surely there must be a third party candidate you can support?
ALWAYS TRUMP
Not Cruz, Cruz, like Obama, is a usurper, a subject of the Queen. He has no business running in this election at all, stealing votes from the legitimate candidates, and now it appears, he may be countenancing vote fraud as well. (So much for his vaunted Christianity!)
This country doesn't even have a second party. Maybe what we are seeing happening with the GOP will give birth to one.
For the same reason I will not vote for Cruz. He has defamed the Church by his actions and has made saving souls more difficult - why would an unbeliever want to be like him - rather, Cruz represents the secular world at its worst. He has also fooled the flock and has become a false prophet leading others astray.
It is not God-like to bear false witness and use the the name of God to advance yourself in a secular world. How can any unsaved person look at Ted Cruz an say, "I want what he has."
GOP / Whig split - bump for later.....
If they do it, burn down the building...literally.
Do that and don't vote for Cruz, liar and hypocrite.
I think we’re missing a major point. As long as the “leaders” in the RNC retain their positions in Washington they don’t give a damn whether their party’s candidate wins or not,. Romney, McCain, Dole, just empty suits to fill a spot on the ticket so these individuals can justify their spot at the trough.
Trump or Cruz or Rubio as President is only the start. Unless the states these leeches supposedly represent are willing to remove these growths the problem of unresponsive government will still persist.
Not just the Presidency but also control of the RNC should be our ultimate goal if the Constitution is to survive...
“Always vote for principle, though you may vote alone, and you may cherish the sweetest reflection that your vote is never lost.”
Yes, but Adams didn’t say stay home and don’t vote. I guess where you are concerned, I’d probably be happier if you did just stay home.
Not to mention Liberal Supreme court Judge will be confirmed if Hillary wins.
“I think were missing a major point. As long as the leaders in the RNC retain their positions in Washington they dont give a damn whether their partys candidate wins or not.”
And that’s where “the people” have to start being citizens. The electorate has become a bunch of sheep, who exist to “graze the government pasture” to fill their cuds with “goodies.” But a new, focused president intent upon fixing the system can at least use the bully pulpit to tell them they need to get off their asses and do their part.
God isn't going to get us out of this predicament. But God is letting us have what we have been creating in America for far too long.
Come what may, perhaps we will have learned from it. Perhaps America will be set back on course again. It can't get much worse.
