Actress and Fox News cultural pundit Stacey Dash said on Thursday that President Barack Obama was elected because Americans believed the first black president could heal racial divides in the country but the opposite has happened.
I think him bamboozled us, Dash said at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Maryland. I think we all got blacked into it.
We all voted for him because we believed, Yes, its time to have a black president. He is going to unite us in a very profound way, Dash said.
What did he do? The exact opposite, she said.
CNSNews.com also asked Dash what the next president should do to improve race relations.
So whats the next guy going to have to do? Dash said. Hes going to have to unite us in a very profound, blatant, hardcore way.
Its not going to be easy, she said. Its going to be war. It is.
Its going to be war, because theres going to be people who say, Oh no, white people, I dont want to have anything to do with them, and black people, I dont want anything to do with them, and we the people, who do want to be united have to say, Okay, were going to educate you, because I believe education is the big integrator, she said.
If we educate you, then unity will come, and until we understand that, unless were united, we will never be a great country until we understand that were in this conundrum, Dash said.

Stacey is a smart lady.
“I think him bamboozled us?”
Anyone who took the time to examine his shady background would have easily known what to expect.
Good article, but TTIWWP.
Yes, I said it.
“Anyone who took the time to examine his shady background would have easily known what to expect.”
Exactly. And it wasn’t very hard to do at ALL. He was blatantly shady from the start. Anyone who wished to merely LOOK could see it.
I heard two women talking yesterday.
The first said she was going to be sad to see Obama leave office because “He has done so much for the little people (no, not midgets)....but there are some out there who pick on him for no reason.”
The second woman said “What’s he done, make or two mistakes in seven years? We all make mistakes.”
The first woman replied “Look at what he did with gas prices. He personally lowered it.”
The second woman said “You don’t have to tell me. I can afford to drive now.”
The first woman said “He knows what its like. I don’t trust people with money. They don’t care about us.”
I wonder if that includes the Kennedys, the Clintons, pro athletes, etc.
Oh, and the two women are of different races and so I guess Obama has united us. The last sentence is sarcasm.
Remember the smirking Tom Brokaw's line: "We really don't know too much about [Obama]...."
Gee, thanks managing news director for failing to be even halfway competent.
Same thing goes for having a [conveniently democrat] 'woman' the dems are trying to hoodwink everybody into believing that it's 'Hillary's turn' to hold the office of President. Except, of course, she does not want to preside over the nation, but rule it with the iron fist in a velvet glove, which is the trademark of a communist. Beeyotch.
Stacey has been the target of a lot of hatred from black women. This video by a light skinned black woman explains why.
She should PROUDLY state “Look what happened to me as soon as I wandered off the Democrat Plantation! The democrats would do the same thing to any one of you black people out there.”
The second woman said You dont have to tell me. I can afford to drive now.
Funny, when Bush left office gas was $1.80 a gallon and democrats were on TV daily saying how Bush hated poor people who couldn't afford to drive and Bush was deliberately doing this to enrich his oil buddy's
No, not us, you Missy.
I was more amused by the “One or two mistakes in seven years...” I thought Barry was a god. Gods don’t make errors.
If she’s black, I am Chinese. (I’m not)
She’s obviously mulatto. How many of her ancestors were white? I would venture to guess that she’s at least 75% white.
the actress, who is Bajan, African American and Mexican
If she would just give me a chance, I could make her so miserable.
