WEST VIRGINIA (WVVA) West Virginia will soon be among seven other states where residents can carry a concealed weapon without a permit.
This comes after West Virginia Lawmakers voted this weekend to override Governor Earl Ray Tomblin's veto on House Bill 4145.
The override on Tomblin's veto means that if you're older than 21 and live in West Virginia, permitless concealed carry will be law in 90 days.
Governor Earl Ray Tomblin originally veto'd the bill with safety concerns.
The West Virginia House and West Virginia Senate both voted to override Tomblin's veto.

Probably for the most part. I watched a guy this weekend in Austin that had no clue what was going on around him. Having a kid or two in tow tends to divide your attention.
Might be so but I doubt many would mess with him carrying openly.
Where was that pic taken? Texas or Arizona or..?
I don’t know where it was taken....sorry.

Hard to say where the picture was taken, as open carry is legal in 45 states.
Veto overridden....
The Guv got owned.
Yes sir, he did:)
Connecticut gun bill pits law enforcement against Second Amendment advocates
At the present in CT, while our Constitutional rights are whittled away....the police cant ask a person to see their permit if they dont see the weapon and the person is not committing a crime.
I’d love it if there was reciprocity for CCW in 50 states!
