So Culberson, Chair of House Appropriations, reveals that he ALONE has purse string power over the Federal budget which practially no one knew.

The only reason why the House fails to utilize more purse string powers is due to legislation that is self-shackling [most likely dating back to FDR’s New Deal agenda] as well as the senate hamstringing legislation through unconstitutional treaties.

Carry Okie is actually Mark Edward Vande Pol, a published author who writes about the US government. He wrote about how treaties have bastardized the Constitution, such as through empowering the EPA ...

Just as Chris Christie broke away from the Establishment, Ryan might too. How will Ryan treat this heroic appropriations chair?

In fact, I’m beginning to wonder if Ryan and Christie had both acted as moles to penetrate the Establishment ever since Obama had defeated McCain. I noticed an immediate change in Ryan’s voice after the defeat. He sounded so defeated that it struck me as odd because most DC cynics lose a clarity in their voices, and he never did.
