Of course, since Puerto Rico doesn't actually vote in the
general election, I'm not sure the roll he is on isn't a dinner roll.
ALL THE INMATES VOTED
Voting rights of United States citizens in Puerto Rico, like the voting rights of residents of other United States
territories, differ from those of United States citizens in each of the fifty states and the District of Columbia. Residents of Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories
do not have voting representation in the United States Congress, and are not entitled to electoral votes for President.
The United States Constitution grants congressional voting representation to U.S. states, which Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories are not,
specifying that members of Congress shall be elected by direct popular vote and that the President and the Vice President
shall be elected by electors chosen by the States

-——If Mexico, Cuba and Central America all got delegates at the Republican Convention, Rubio would be winning in a landslide!-——
A lot of folks think Hispanics are a monolith voting block.... They are not...
I can assure you Mexicans will not vote for a Cuban....
They despise each other...
Lots of retarded faggots voting in the PR primary, no wonder the retarded faggot Rubio won
The economy has been decimated by Clinton phaseout of 936, the only thing that kept the PR economy viable.

One of the greatest examples of corporate welfare is Section 936 of the Internal Revenue Code, which gives corporations tax credits for opening and operating facilities in Puerto Rico. The United States Treasury, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO), and the General Accounting Office (GAO) have conducted studies showing that Section 936 costs taxpayers billions of dollars each year without providing much assistance to Puerto Rico.
