But since you were nice enough to post most of the article and graphics, I can mention that it’s very easy to create a realistic-looking 77 sticker that will fit in the corner of a license plate of a 1971 gremlin that you buy in 1977. Or so I’ve heard.
Now what if she were driving a homemade cardboard car? Would that be OK?

B+ for effort, D- for execution. The compulsion to get in your car and drive is very strong, even when you have a suspended license. You would have thought, a girl of her generation would be tech savvy enough to print out her own copy, not that I’m recommending that. Is’nt the news article doing her a dis-service by publicizing her license number? Now, everybody knows of a real license number that is presently not being used. Illegals love stuff of that nature.
