Rep. Joaquin Castro, the twin brother of HUD secretary Julian Castro, claimed this morning on CNN that Hillary Clinton had been cleared by the Justice Department:

How is it that the HUD secretary is passing along this news? What does he have to do with the Justice Dept?
Shouldn’t any news come from someone in the justice dept preferably Lynch herself?

I never believed Hillary would face any serious consequences for her criminal behavior.
