The combined votes of Donald J. Trump & Ted Cruz wipe out the Kentucky Republican Establishment losers, Mitch McConnell & Rand Paul in a landslide defeat. So much for these two turncoats & Mitt Romney the "The King of GOP Establishment losers".
- Donald Trump - 36% - 82,493 votes - Ted Cruz - 32% - 72,503 votes
- Totals - 68% - 154,996 votes
First Bevin, now this ... There’s hope for Kentucky!
Good news for Trump and Cruz supporters.
I wait to be convinced that Paul is a GOPeeist
“I wait to be convinced that Paul is a GOPeeist”
only when it matters to him when he needs some future leverage, that never develops.
Don’t forget, Trump supported McConnell against Bevin. Maybe we could have been rid of him sooner if not for that.
“Trump supported McConnell against Bevin.”
True. And seemed to side with Mitch against Cruz.

Why would the people of Kentucky want a rookie Senator - they have Sen. Mitch @McConnellPress who may be next Speaker & bring $’s to KY?

So when you talk about temperament, Ted has got a rough temperament, I don’t know. You know, you can’t call people liars on the Senate floor, when they’re your leader.
I’m confused. I thought standing up to the Uniparty was what Trump is all about. But you criticize Cruz for doing just that, and having the courage to call them out.
“So when you talk about temperament, Ted has got a rough temperament, I dont know. You know, you cant call people liars on the Senate floor, when theyre your leader.”
That is a quote from Trump.
