How come there are 20,000 votes counted in Western Kansas and only 1,500 in KCK district?

Wyandotte County is very Democrat, always goes Dem in the general election, for one thing.

Look at the map on CNN provided. Still only 1500 votes for an entire congressional district? No way there are only 1500 republican caucus goers in an entire district in Kansas! Stop telling me it goes Dem!
