H1B visa and O-1 Visa and Green Card is very different thing.
O-1 visa is for very high skilled worker. After this visa one can apply for immigration. Immigration means Green Card.
H1b visa is not immigration, it is work permit. One has to go to native country to get visa stamped and issued based on job offer.
I’m a captive of the Trump cult of personality ... having said that, I have to admit that occasionally, yep, he does these hair-raising things, like a gray squirrel darting into traffic then running back under the wheels—unscathed.
