The Justice Department has granted immunity to a former State Department staffer, who worked on Hillary Clintons private email server, as part of a criminal investigation into the possible mishandling of classified information, according to a senior law enforcement official.
It doesn’t work that way.
He was paid $5,000 to set the server up. He didn’t work for Hillary beyond that, meaning some of the other staffers did the hokey pokey with the emails. That now you see it, now you don’t is going to get some aides a few hundred years of free federal B&B time. They can check in but they’ll never check out ... alive.
It’s not Hillary who should be terrified, it’s the staffer.
That name should be stuck to her like glue. Someone send it to Trump so he can start calling her that.
Especially since Obama's boss George Soros in December "invested" $8 million into Hillary-supporting PACs. NO WAY would Soros have dropped that money in without first telling Obama "You will not let her be indicted."
Judicial watch won’t get to issue subpoenas until after April when the court ordered procedures are to be complete. Whether the FBI jumps in first or later with theirs remains to be seen.
There haven’t been any leaks about the pay-to-play aspect of the FBI investigation. That was never a part of the Judicial Watch FOIA. For now there’s no way to estimate when Hillary will be smacked with that.
I agree. That means Hillary may never see the dirt nap coming.
My guess is the Feds will indict the Weener gal and Barry will pardon her saying it was an inadvertent mistake. Hillary skates, again.
I don’t think it’s necessary. The FBI knows what they’re up against. That’s why they’re trying her in the court of public opinion via leaks.
Oh no. He’s been granted immunity. What that means is the justice department has the evidence they need for a Grand Jury and need collaboration. This guy was getting pressed and made a deal to give the required testimony for immunity.
This is a game changer. The day will come that we can all go outside and ring a bell for the bitch again.
If they ever take her into custody I really hope she starts in with her normal screeching and someone tazes the crap out of the old windbag.
Pagliano DID work for her beyond setting up the email system so he holds the ‘keys to the kingdom’ in a lot of ways:
Great news: Hillary chief of staff lost Blackberry tied to secret e-mail server

Its telling that Mills went to the one man at State who knew full well of the system in fact, the man who had worked for Hillarys political action committee for a few years before moving into the State Departments IT support group. Pagliano apparently was the only contact at State for support on the Hillary e-mail server during her tenure as Secretary.
But as TheBlaze.com reports, Judge Andrew Napolitano warns “She should be terrified of the fact that hes been granted immunity,” adding that “they would not be immunizing him and thereby inducing him to spill his guts unless they wanted to indict someone.”
Hope it is this witch and not some of her flunkies.
She needs to meet Jesus
She needs a meeting fer sure, but who what where or when I assure we disagree on
Yes sad. This poor bastard is scared shitless and should be.......
Nothing will happen to a Toon, period.
It all depends on what the Clintons have got on Obama.
There is no justice with this bunch.
They are the Mob.

“I feel a bit sorry for her. She needs to meet Jesus”.
Rest assured, she WILL ! By her free will or in a very “chilling” and eye opening fashion ! !
E V E R Y knee SHALL bow . . . . .
Snoot ;o)
“No great loss if she’s gone. The Dems always have Romney as a lady in waiting.”

More likely the staffer should be frightened. Remember Vince Foster, Ron Brown...
