Agree. Romney couldn’t have helped Trump more of he wanted to do so.
They should have stayed out of it. Calmly say that he would not be their pick because of A, B and C but they will respect that perhaps the voters see something in Trump (or Cruz) that they do not.
The way they went at this thing shows them as hysterical at the thought of losing their cushy lifestyle and sleazy.
