LEAKED: Mitt Romney Just SLAMMED Trump – Then, THIS HAPPENED! [VIDEO]
the political insider ^

Posted on 03/03/2016 12:26:58 PM PST by UMCRevMom@aol.com

Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney is the presidential candidate who is responsible for President Barack Obama – unwilling to take on the President, or things like his ties to radical Rev. Jeremiah Wright and domestic terrorist Bill Ayres.

Obama, being from the Chicago school of politics, wasn't as polite. He exposed Romney as a "vulture capitalist" who made a fortune off of buying companies, laying-off employees, and selling the companies in pieces. By the end of the campaign, Romney's questionable business practices were known by every voter.

Now, Romney is attacking conservative businessman Donald J. Trump. Because Trump is self-funding his campaign, the GOP establishment and political class can't control him. And that makes Romney angry!

Romney's full speech was leaked, and included shameless and untrue attacks, such as:

Donald Trump says he admires Vladimir Putin, while has called George W Bush a liar. That is a twisted example of evil trumping good.

and…

Here's what I know. Donald Trump is a phony, a fraud. His promises are as worthless as a degree from Trump University. He's playing the American public for suckers: He gets a free ride to the White House and all we get is a lousy hat.

His domestic policies would lead to recession. His foreign policies would make America and the world less safe. He has neither the temperament nor the judgment to be president. And his personal qualities would mean that America would cease to be a shining city on a hill.

But in one tweet, Donald Trump's son Eric embarrassed Romney in a huge way. This says everything you need to know!

Eric shared a video of then-candidate Romney excited to be endorsed by Trump during the Presidential campaign. Romney knew his campaign was in trouble, and was aware that Trump represents the conservative base that wasn’t excited to vote for Romney.

When things were tough for the Republican Party, Trump took time away from his business to campaign and fundraise for Mitt Romney. He’s a team player.

Now, Mitt Romney has shamelessly stabbed his fellow Republican in the back. In doing so, Romney reminded the conservative base exactly what he thinks of them.

What do you think about Mitt Romney's betrayal?

The criticisms of Romney, McCain, and Miley Cyrus are all basically endorsements of Trump to most of us around here.

You are the Just-In-Time GOPe SUPERHERO!

MITTENS SAVED US ALL FROM OURSELVES!

Now, WHERE THE HELL WAS THIS ENERGY WHEN YOU FACED BARRY?!?!!?

I think it is helpful because the media will glom on to it, Trump will react in an unPC manner and Trump’s support will grow from the free exposure. Meanwhile Romney further exposes himself as the untrustworthy card carrying elitist he is.

If Romney had consistently attacked Obama in ‘12 as hard as he attacked Trump today, he might’ve saved the world 4 more years of the most destructive Presidency in U.S. history. Failure to do so sealed his fate as a political loser.

Mr Nice Guy was not what was needed in 2012. If Romney hadn't been such a racist, he would have went through Obama like wet tissue paper.

It is Romney's racism that held him back from criticizing Obama, who was by that time, an obvious disaster.

Agree. Romney couldn’t have helped Trump more of he wanted to do so.

And this is about Romney’s blasting Trump? Or do you paste this on every thread you can get to?

The video has been playing on Fox. Like I said in a post yesterday, both of Trump’s sons, Donald Jr. and Eric, are pitbulls when it comes to defending their dad. They are well spoken and super smart and have been crushing the negatives in the media.

Obama was vulnerable by 2012. A strong GOP candidate could have defeated him. Mitt failed. After the election, it was said/written that 12,000,000 Republican voters nationwide stayed home rather than vote for Romney. How I wish now I’d been one of them!

I was watching some commentary after Trump’s speech today and one of the talking heads made what I thought was a good point. The GOP trotted out Romney, who is not even running for president, to trash Trump. This signals that the guys who are running against Trump are not as influential as the presidential also-ran Romney and not up to the task of making the case they are better than Trump.

I think the quote was “Romney helped Trump by making the rest of the field look smaller.”

Do you get paid by the Trump campaign for how many times you can SPAM a thread with you anti-Cruz tripe?

This article has NOTHING to do with Cruz except in the 6 degrees of separation sense.

How about posting the positive aspects of your preferred candidate for a change.

What kind of people pile on like this? It's like every elite who hangs out in a country club has decided to kick Trump at the same time ... AND to kick all of us who are backing Trump.
