Federal agents have arrested Jerry DeLemus, a local Tea Party leader who stood with Cliven Bundy armed resistance in Oregon this year and in Nevada in 2014.
DeLemus is facing nine federal charges based on an indictment brought in Nevada, including conspiracy to commit an offense against the United States, threatening a federal law enforcement officer, obstruction of justice, attempting to impede or injure a federal law enforcement officer and several firearms charges, according to court records.
State Rep. Susan DeLemus, R-Rochester, confirmed that FBI agents arrested her husband Thursday morning. Fighting back tears, she told the Union Leader that was all she would say about the arrest at this point.
Jack Kimball, a former state GOP chairman and a Tea Party leader, wrote on social media that DeLemus said the FBI agents forced their way into their condo with weapons drawn.

The FBI also arrested Cliven Bundy's son Davey Bundy this morning. There are rumors that they have plans to arrest many more.
That pretty much describes belonging to the Tea Party. Or voting for Trump. Or reading FR.
It is starting. Patriots are arrested, an Hillary Clinton and her merry gang of spies and influence peddlers are run around free.
It truly won’t be long until arrests are made for “inciting hatred against the government”. The people will cheer as patriots are carted off. They will say “FINALLY we can get rid of the guns and the kooky ideas of self reliance and liberty”.
Know this boys and girls, there is never a day when you cannot be indicted by the Feral Gummint for breaking one of their millions of ‘laws’. That is why they are on the books. It is the way of tyrants and dictators. The original ‘10’ are tough enough to observe all by themselves.

Thirty minutes ago a very hysterical Sue Delemus called me to say that the FBI pulled up to their home with many vehicles and men dressed in tactical gear and with weapons drawn, forced their way into their home and arrested Jerry and took him away. IN my opinion, this goes back to the Bundy Ranch situation and now the Feds are flexing their muscle. Jerry is a Patriot and Marine and is now being persecuted for standing up for Liberty and Freedom. This cannot stand. I call on all of you to spread the word and be prepared to assist is any way possible. Tyranny has arrived in NH. Patriots will answer the call.

The FBI is out resting real Americans well that trader Hillary stomps around on the public dime screeching at us. The tree of liberty is wilted for lack of watering my friends.
Why we need a Constitutionalist in the White House.
The current regime only has 10 months left before they have to leave so this is their last chance to prosecute and persecute the Bundy ranch patriots.

This entire, “disband as a group peacefully so we can jail you easier as an individual later” strategy is going to have an effect. If future groups figure that they have nothing to lose, the FBI and Feds could have a bunch of firefights on their hands.
We’ll drop all charges against the patriots if you all will forget about this little misunderstanding about Hillary and her harmless emails.
I’m curious what those charges actually mean, if anything. I’m also curious how jurors will vote in this case. I know what I would do, and I hope every jury in the case has at least one patriot.
The creatures placed in positions of power fear a growing resistance by the American people. These poor Bundy’s will suffer the fate of all early revolutionaries; i.e. a terrible example of what will happen if we resist. Some may even die in custody; “a fall” “disease,” “suicide” etc. etc.
You have language about the mere suggestion of having a weapon wherever a federal official might happen to be should/is illegal. The Oregon case.
Unfortunately, the candidates that are currently running for office — with the possible exception of Cruz — on both sides of the spectrum hold the same view: DO NOT CHALLENGE THE SUPREMECY OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. This stance will never be changed from the Oval Office. It can only be changed by the States. As long as they are beholden to the Federal government, Patriots will be in jeopardy.
Right! The NWO is taking hostages! After Donald Trump is nominated, and the polls show that he is going to beat Hillary, or whatever, I wonder if the FBI will start to look over their shoulders. After he is elected, I expect that things will start to turn around. After he is inaugurated, the rats will really start to abandon the ship.
