This is basically the same as Ted Cruz’s plan. It’s good but without tort reform, the doctor shortage will continue.

How do you figure? Yes malpractice-lawsuit reform is needed, but doctors will go back to being their own boss and we will have direct doctor-patient relationships again. People will once again want to be doctors.

Ted Cruz's plan is to end Obamacare. That's the sum total. Repeal, not replace.
