Republican Gov. Dennis Daugaard shocked conservatives Tuesday when he vetoed legislation that would have prohibited students in South Dakota public schools from using opposite-sex restrooms, locker rooms and shower facilities.
The decision is a boon for transgender advocates who lobbied the governor to reject the bill, arguing it was discriminatory and would have harmed the emotional well-being of transgender students.
Proponents of the legislation contended it’s inappropriate to have adolescent boys and girls showering and changing in the same room.
“Do you feel it appropriate for a 13-year-old girl to be exposed to the anatomy of a boy? Or for a boy to be exposed to the anatomy of a girl because of the decisions we make out here?”...

Someone should tell him, conservatives are still legally allowed to defend their belief in this country. At least most the time. One need not ‘roll over’ and yield for every dispute. He is not thinking this through, and hopes to get ‘new friends’.

Things like this are why I so emphatically crave to see the entire GOP just die, die, die. They backstab you every time. When the rubber hits the road, they side with their liberal bretheren, in favor of whatever agenda promotes the continued takeover by perversion and deviancy onto the country.
Revenge at the ballot box just isn’t good enough. I’d like a big jagged rock in my two hands, to crush the very skull of the GOP.
I suspect this governor can soon add “ex-” to his title.
Since the bill passed with super-majorities, can the veto be overridden?
I was hoping so and pray you’re right, I don’t know the numbers it takes to override a veto in SD.

We’ve virtually given up on the idea that there is anything beyond where these trannies are, that could appeal to them. No God that can bestow new sanity, let alone save a soul. It is though God is merely some fabrication of churches and can’t break out of cages and do any real good.
Don’t you think this kind of loss of faith is getting not a few oy veys out of heaven? I do.
