You still don’t get it. Trump WOULD NOT be disqualified. He was born of TWO PARENTS CITIZENS and BORN on US SOIL.
His mother was a NATURALIZED CITIZEN years BEFORE Trump was born. His father was a natural born citizen and Trump was born on America soil. He IS IMMINENTLY QUALIFIED.
Look up E.Vattel and the Law of Nations on google. Then you can reference Benjamin Franklin, George Washington, John Jay, Thomas Paine, and a string of others by googling their names and Vattel or Law of Nations. There is a mountain of information but it boils down to this, YOU have to read it and understand it. The Law of Nations is NAMED in Article I, Section 8. It was so widely held as the source not only for much in the Constitution, but also for certain wording in the Declaration of independence that EVERYONE of the Framers knew and understood The Law of Nations. There was NO NEED to “EXPLAIN” it in the constitution.
You see no reference to “cartel”......what are you trying to say?

First, according to your theories trump, and Cruz are either both legal, or both illegal. You can’t argue that facts work one way, and in another way it works differently.
Second, the reference to the Law of Nations, was in regards to dealing with the recognized rules in which nations interacted. Vattel was certainly a noted and respected scholar, however he was still swiss. Our founders where English, we were English, we upheld English law, and when the constitution was ratified it was based off of English common law.
