I'm going to double down on Doughty One's challenge with a twenty. However, I've tried three times to fill in the payment form and I keep getting rejected. "Non-USA" stays in the address section and I can't get rid of it....and it nullifies the whole form over and over. I finally gave up.

Any suggestions?

Thank you very much, Leni. Just select your state by clicking on the sate field and select from the list. Ignore the non-US box. You only need that if you are non US.
