Florida Sen. Marco Rubio said Sunday that if Donald Trump becomes the Republican nominee during the 2016 White House race, the "hounds of hell" will descend on him.
"If Donald Trump were to ever become the nominee immediately the hounds of hell will descend on him, tear him apart, everything he's ever done from not releasing his taxes to all of his failed business dealings," he said on CBS's "Face the Nation." "And Hillary Clinton's going to have a clear shot to the Oval Office."

for the same reason..they’re mostly all hiding stuff... and they know they can do it... after Obama’s successful two elections hiding even his basic identity, true name, real birth certificate, citizenships, immigration papers, social security (other than a stolen account), college transcripts and finance files, and (if any) selective service registration .... etc.
point being, nowadays no candidate is gonna tell the American public anything they don’t want to... since... the electorate doesn’t require it anymore to elect them.
And yes, I figure Mr. Trump may have a lot to hide, if only because of the mess our tax code is in and how complex his financial affairs must be.... So I think we may agree on that.
LOL...all 4/400 of them
Rube, Trump has failed more than you have ever succeeded.
They will probably descend on Rubio because he’ll have lost his usefulness to the GOPe.
And yes, those on the non-stop taxpayer gravy train aren’t going to like Trump as POTUS.
Cruz in not going to drop out in March.
He has a better shot than Rubio. It is much more likely that Cruz wins TX, his home state, than that Rubio wins FL, his home state.
Cruz will stay in until Trump actually wins the nomination at the least...and maybe until the convention depending on the delegate count.
I still believe a possible Trump/Cruz ticket is in the offing...particularly if Trump needs them to go over the top.
Bubble Rubio foam parties are in her future.
Sweet irony that Cruz is using the IRS as a political weapon. Perhaps he thinks it will make a good case study when he abolishes the IRS.
I really do wish that Ted Cruz had chosen the executive path to building his conservative credentials. Legislators have little to hang their hats on in terms of accomplishments.
Hehe!
The Republican nominee is The Designated Loser in the Uniparty’s rigged game.
It was supposed to be ¡Yeb!, but Rubio may have to do.
Ok Mario. Woof woof.
Hopefully Trump used every loophole afforded to him in the tax code to lay as little tax as possible. I hope Cruz and the rest of them did the same and you did the same. This is how decent people think. This approach will fail like all the others did.
If he doesn’t release them, they’ll no doubt be leaked at the most inopportune time during the election.
This man is pathological.
“No doubt Trump will be brought up on charges of some sort”
You can’t just jump in with charges of some sort. It takes a violation, investigation, discovery, etc. It gets complicated.
you mean foam fag...don’t ya!
Mr. Trump UNDOUBTABLY had a room-full of tax expert CPA’s and lawyers preparing his filings. They have to have been massive, thick as a phone book. Further, I doubt he ever read through them. He was too busy running his businesses... and now campaigning..
That there probably are many items in there that political opponents could attack or criticize or question, GRANTED. Almost have to be. If Senators Rubio and Cruz are hiding major parts of their (obviously far less complex) tax filings, and they are, this indicates even THEY (without Trump’s complex international business interests) have things to hide. Certainly, Mr. Trump has, too.
When all is said and done, we need to replace the IRS code (no other single action would stimulate the American economy more and create more jobs for American citizens) .....and we can then give the nice people working at that agency something more constructive to do with their time...
Now that I think about it, the song with the Bonanza backstory was not theone to the Bonanza theme song music.
The lyrics to the Bonanza theme song went,
Here in the West were living in the best
BONANZA!
If anyone fights anyone of us
He’s got a fight with me.
Hoss and Joe and Adam know
Every rock and tree
Fortune smiled
The day we filed
The Ponderosa claim.
From memory!
“come on now, Rubio! you can campaign a whole lot better than this!”
No he can’t! What you see, is what you get. A pimple on the bunghole of progress.
Rubio will be announcing the endorsement of Trayvon Martin shortly. This is one of the hounds as part of the “stop Trump, stop the Republican base” agenda.
Next he will say Robert E. Lee endorsed Trump.
Rubio is in communications with the dead, that is what he means.
