And yes, he will kill the conservative movement. he isn’t a conservative. I don’t know what he is. Judging his attacks on the 1st amendment, I am guessing he is maybe a little right of sanders.
As a practical matter, unless it was a personal bankruptcy, it could only be a chapter 11 because companies, partnerships or LLCs aren't able to file for chapter 13 and filing a 7 means the business must cease operations. So what is your point?
