As a practical matter, unless it was a personal bankruptcy, it could only be a chapter 11 because companies, partnerships or LLCs aren't able to file for chapter 13 and filing a 7 means the business must cease operations. So what is your point?
My point being Donald Trump has never filed for bankruptcy...Donald Trump companies have filed for Chapter 11 reorganization bankruptcies, but he, himself, has never bankrupted.
