Mexicans in the U.S. send $25-billion a year back to Mexico. Place a 5% tax on wire transfers, allocate it to building the wall and THEY will pay for the wall.

Actually I like a 20 % income tax. File at the transfer spot. When you file your taxes you get it back.

None...
mexico is still not paying for the wall.
But the heck with 5% make it 50% and build the wall taller. :)
