But the heck with 5% make it 50% and build the wall taller. :)
Depends on how you look at it. It was earned by Mexicans in the U.S. (some illegal, some paid in cash with no taxes withheld). This money is Mexico’s second biggest income of foreign dollars behind oil sales. So the money is coming out of Mexico’s pocket.
