In all honesty, we really don't know. OH is a large state without much connection between the spread out cities with a whole lot of rural separating them, and most of the population bordering other states.
I don't think it will go over well if Kasich supports Rubio. Most people I know are pretty fed up with the lack of even an attempt to stop invaders from being in OH.
I’m wondering if the Catholic Church has been working their parishioners to be against Trump. My step mother (devout Catholic) is on the East side of Cleveland and when she talks about Trump it’s all “Trump doesn’t want to let Muslims in and we shouldn’t throw anyone out based on their religion”. She also watches CNN all day so it could be that too.
