Trump has probably been sued hundreds of times. The term “squeaky clean” does not describe the man.
It’s one of the hazards of being rich...there’s always somebody out there looking to win the “lawsuit lottery” at your expense.
I agree, but "target for every scammer, opportunist, sleazy lawyer on the landscape" does.
ALL billionaires have numerous attys on retainer for the hundreds of lawsuits filed against them by money grubbing lowlifes.. it goes with the territory

Of course, these scammers go after the big money. There’s no money to be squeezed out of little Joe Average with 4 kids, two mortgages and about to be pink slipped.
Sounds like shyster lawyer describes Lerach. Seems to me that Trump won’t allow himself to be extorted like the other 90% of companies sued by Lerach. Trump won’t let America be taken to the cleaners either. And taken to the cleaners is exactly what the elite lobbyists and politicians have done.
Few congress critters don’t leave congress as multimillionaires while the average taxpayer lives paycheck to paycheck.
Being sued has nothing to do with whether he is clean or not.
As has anyone with the type of money Trump has.
They're called nuisance lawsuits for a reason.
I'm not rich and I've had two filed against me. Both failed.
These “get rich schemes” are just that - schemes. Trump should not have put his name on this, but I am sure the initial set-up sounded good like they usually do.
However, as I said on another thread - suing Trump U because you did not get rich is comparable to suing Total Gym because you did not look like Chuck Norris or Christy Brinkley after the purchase.
Just my .02. This is a non-issue beyond the lesson to be careful what you put your name on.
