Trump is not a Conservative. Not even close. His name will never be a metaphor for Conservatism.
I stand by my article. I have been observing, working with and developing my fellow Conservatives for over sixty years. Trump is a natural Conservative. On the precise issues that matter, he is a work in progress. But he is by nature a Conservative.
